About Us

Rocky Blatto with his wife, Victoria and their daughter, Gracelynn reside in Liberty, Missouri. Rocky holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and is a licensed educator. Prior to settling in Liberty, Rocky had traveled around the country ministering in different churches and helping in the home church where he attended.

It is their desire to provide the people of Liberty and the Kansas City Metro area a place to worship the one true God, Jesus Christ, and experience His presence. A place where the hurting find healing, the broken find restoration, the old man is forgiven, and new beginnings are begun.

What we Believe

BIBLE:

We believe the Bible is the Word of God. The Bible is a road map and an instructional manual in a uncertain world.

It teaches how to live and attain salvation. It teaches how to find our purpose, not from within ourselves, but in Jesus Christ.

SALVATION:

We believe salvation is threaded throughout the scripture. The salvation plan is explained and demonstrated in the Book of Acts. All through Acts, the early church (the first church) shows us how to be saved. Peter, in (Acts 2:38), states "this wonderful and glorious salvation".

Repentance - Repentance is calling on God's forgiveness and turning away from the sinful nature that once held them bound.

Baptism - We believe that Baptism in Jesus name is a commandment. Jesus told Nicodemus in (John 3:5), "Except a man be born again of water and Spirit he can not enter the Kingdom of God."

Everywhere in Acts where baptism was demonstrated it always was done in Jesus Name. Even (Colossians 3:5) states whatever we do should be done in Jesus Name.

(Matthew 28:19) is a Jesus Name baptism verse. Name is singular which lets us know there is only one name that should be invoked over a soul in baptism, that is the Name of Jesus Christ.

Holy Ghost - We believe in the essentiality of receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost by the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. The first church all through Acts was established and built this way. Why change now? The Holy Ghost is more than the initial sign of one receiving the Spirt of Almighty God. It's a Comforter & Teacher: (John 14:26) and Power: (Acts 1:8)
